Terms of Service

Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bleenco GmbH ("Pipelogic," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Pipelogic platform at pipelogic.ai and any associated subdomains, APIs, tools, or services (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In that case, "you" and "your" refer to that entity.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you via email or in-product notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Definitions

When used in these Terms, the following words have the meanings below:

  • "Account" means the user account you create to access and use the Services.
  • "Canvas" means Pipelogic's visual drag-and-drop backend builder interface.
  • "Components" means the modular, pre-built building blocks available within the Canvas.
  • "Deployed App" means any backend that you have published and made accessible via a live URL, API endpoint, or embedded interface through Pipelogic's deployment infrastructure.
  • "Pipelogic Materials" means the platform, Services, Canvas, Components, documentation, templates, interfaces, algorithms, underlying software, infrastructure, and all related technology and content developed or provided by Pipelogic, including all improvements, modifications, and derivative works. Pipelogic Materials do not include your backend Data.
  • "Services" means the Pipelogic platform, the Canvas, all Components, deployment infrastructure, analytics dashboard, API, integrations, support, and all other features and tools we make available to you under these Terms.
  • "Third-Party Providers" means external AI model providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral, and others), data services, integration platforms, and infrastructure providers whose services are accessible through or underlie Pipelogic.
  • "Usage Data" means telemetry, logs, performance metrics, run statistics, error reports, and other technical data generated through your use of the Services. Usage Data does not include your backend Data.
  • "Backend Data" means any content, prompts, configurations, inputs, outputs, files, or other data that you create, upload, or process through the Services, including the backends and Deployed Apps you build.

Eligibility

You may use the Services only if:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract; and
  • You are not located in, or acting on behalf of any person or entity in, a country or territory subject to U.S. / EU government embargoes or trade sanctions (including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, or Luhansk regions of Ukraine); and
  • You are not on any U.S. / EU government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

The Services are not intended for individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a minor without verifiable parent or guardian authorization, we will promptly delete that information. If you believe we may have collected such data, please contact us at support@pipelogic.ai.

Account Registration and Security

To access most features of the Services, you must create an Account. When registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information;
  • Keep your registration information up to date;
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any API keys generated for your account;
  • Not share your account credentials with any third party or allow unauthorized access to your Account;
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other security breach at support@pipelogic.ai.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not you authorized it. Pipelogic is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account.

We reserve the right to disable or terminate any Account, username, or password at any time and for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

License to Use the Services

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and your applicable subscription plan, Pipelogic grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes.

This license does not grant you any ownership interest in the Services or Pipelogic Materials. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Pipelogic. This license terminates immediately upon any violation of these Terms or termination of your Account.

License Restrictions

You agree not to, and not to permit others to:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, lease, lend, or otherwise exploit the Services or Pipelogic Materials, except as expressly permitted under these Terms;
  • Resell, white-label, or make the Services available to third parties on a service bureau, time-sharing, or managed service basis without our prior written permission;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, underlying algorithms, model weights, or architecture of any part of the Services;
  • Use automated scripts, bots, crawlers, or scrapers to access, query, or interact with the Services without our prior written permission;
  • Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with any security features, access controls, rate limits, or authentication mechanisms;
  • Upload, transmit, or distribute malware, viruses, Trojan horses, logic bombs, or any other malicious or harmful code;
  • Overload, disrupt, interfere with, or impair the normal operation or performance of the Services or related infrastructure;
  • Use the Services to harass, threaten, defame, impersonate, or otherwise harm any individual or group;
  • Use the Services to generate, distribute, or facilitate content that is unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, hateful, obscene, or otherwise in violation of any applicable law or third-party rights;
  • Use the outputs of the Services to develop, train, or improve any competing product or AI model;
  • Misrepresent AI-generated outputs as human-created in any context where such misrepresentation could cause harm or deception;
  • Use the Services in high-risk or safety-critical applications including medical diagnosis, legal advice, financial decisions, or safety systems without independent expert review and appropriate safeguards;
  • Use the Services in connection with the development of autonomous weapons systems or military applications;
  • Share, re-host, or redistribute datasets, components, or content obtained through the Services without express prior authorization from Pipelogic and the applicable content owner.

Any unauthorized use immediately terminates the license granted under these Terms.

Workspace Data and Your Content

"Ownership" - You retain all ownership rights in your Workspace Data, including the backends, Deployed Apps, prompts, configurations, and outputs you create using the Services.

"License to Pipelogic" - By using the Services, you grant Pipelogic a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, display, and transmit your Workspace Data solely to the extent necessary to operate, maintain, and provide the Services to you. For private workspaces and backends, we will not use your Workspace Data to train AI models or for other commercial purposes unless you direct us in writing for that specific use, except as described under "Aggregate and De-identified Data" below.

"Public Workspace and Shared Content" - If you choose to make any backend template, or content publicly available through Pipelogic (for example, by publishing it to the community gallery), you grant Pipelogic and other users of the Services a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to view, use, fork, and build upon that content in accordance with any license terms you specify. If you do not specify a license, you agree that your publicly shared content may be used by others for non-commercial purposes with attribution.

"Aggregate and De-identified Data" - Pipelogic may collect and analyze usage patterns, performance metrics, and other aggregate or de-identified data derived from your use of the Services. This data does not identify you personally and may be used by Pipelogic to improve the platform, generate insights, and develop new features.

"Feedback" - If you submit suggestions, ideas, enhancement requests, bug reports, or other feedback to Pipelogic, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, incorporate, and exploit that feedback in any way, without any obligation of confidentiality or compensation to you.

Acceptable Use Policy

Pipelogic is a platform for building and deploying AI-powered applications. We want to keep it useful, safe, and trustworthy for everyone. You agree that you will not use the Services to build, operate, or deploy backends or applications that:

  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation;
  • Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
  • Generate, distribute, or facilitate hate speech, harassment, threats, or content that discriminates against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics;
  • Produce or distribute misinformation, deepfakes, or other deliberately deceptive content intended to mislead, defraud, or manipulate people;
  • Scrape, harvest, or aggregate personal data about individuals without lawful authorization;
  • Facilitate spam, phishing, or unauthorized bulk communications;
  • Circumvent the safety or content policies of any Third-Party Provider whose models or services are accessible through Pipelogic;
  • Exploit, harm, or endanger minors in any way;
  • Facilitate illegal financial activity, fraud, or money laundering;
  • Interfere with any other user's access to or enjoyment of the Services.

Violations of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your Account and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities.

Third-Party Providers and Integrations

The Services connect to and rely on Third-Party Providers, including AI model providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and Mistral), data services (such as Airtable and Pinecone), and infrastructure providers (such as AWS). By using integrations or AI models provided by these third parties through Pipelogic, you agree that:

  • Your use of those services is also subject to the applicable third-party's own terms of service and privacy policies;
  • Pipelogic does not control and is not responsible for the availability, performance, accuracy, or security of any Third-Party Provider's services;
  • Interruptions or errors in Third-Party Provider services may affect the performance of your backends and Deployed Apps, and Pipelogic will not be liable for such issues;
  • You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining any required accounts, licenses, or subscriptions with Third-Party Providers.

Pipelogic does not endorse any Third-Party Provider and provides these integrations for your convenience only.

Subscriptions, Billing, and Payments

"Plans" - Pipelogic offers free and paid subscription plans, as described on our Pricing page. Plan features, limits, and pricing are subject to change, and we will provide reasonable notice of any such changes.

"Billing" - Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date through your account settings.

"Compute and Usage" - Certain plans are subject to monthly compute limits.If you exceed your limit, your workspace may be paused until the next billing cycle or until you upgrade your plan.

"Payment Processing" - All payments are processed by Revolut, Inc. By providing your payment information, you agree to Revolut's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Pipelogic does not store full payment card details on its servers.

"Taxes" - All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, or levies. You are responsible for paying all such charges in addition to the subscription fee.

"Price Changes" - We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. For existing subscribers, price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following at least 30 days' prior notice via email.

"Refunds" - Except where required by applicable law, all fees paid are non-refundable. If you cancel a monthly plan, you will retain access to the Services through the end of your current billing period, with no further charges. If you cancel an annual plan, no pro-rated refund will be issued for unused months.

"Free Plan and Trial" - If you are using the Services on a free plan or during a promotional trial period, the Services are provided "as is" without any service level guarantees. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free plans or trial offers at any time.

Deployed Apps and Subdomains

If you use Pipelogic to deploy applications accessible via subdomains under Pipelogic.app (for example, yourapp.Pipelogic.app), you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Pipelogic retains all ownership of the Pipelogic.app domain and all subdomains;
  • Pipelogic reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reclaim, suspend, or redirect any subdomain at any time, including to address policy violations, legal requirements, abuse, inactivity, or security threats;
  • We will generally provide at least 7 days' advance notice before reclaiming a subdomain to allow you time to transition to a custom domain, except in urgent situations involving violations, legal requirements, or security;
  • You have no proprietary or ongoing rights to any specific subdomain, and reclamation does not entitle you to a refund or compensation;
  • For mission-critical applications, you should use a custom domain rather than relying on a Pipelogic-provisioned subdomain;
  • All content hosted on Deployed Apps must comply with these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.

Sensitive Data Restrictions

You agree not to upload, input, process, or transmit through the Services any of the following categories of sensitive data:

  • Protected health information regulated under HIPAA or equivalent laws;
  • Government-issued identification numbers (such as Social Security Numbers, passport numbers, or driver's license numbers);
  • Full financial account numbers, payment card numbers, or banking credentials;
  • Biometric data regulated under BIPA or equivalent laws;
  • Passwords or security credentials of any kind;
  • Any personal data relating to children under the age of 13.

If you require compliance with HIPAA, GDPR data processing agreements, or other specialized regulatory frameworks, please contact support@pipelogic.ai to discuss our Enterprise plan options. Pipelogic disclaims all liability for any harm arising from your submission of sensitive data in violation of this section.

Intellectual Property

"Pipelogic's Rights" - Pipelogic and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in and to the Services and Pipelogic Materials, including all intellectual property rights therein. Nothing in these Terms transfers any such ownership to you.

"Your Rights" - As between you and Pipelogic, you own your Workspace Data, including the backends and Deployed Apps you build using the Services, subject to any third-party rights in the underlying AI models or other components.

"Trademarks" - "Pipelogic," the Pipelogic logo, and all related product names, logos, and marks are trademarks of Bleenco GmbH. You may not use any Pipelogic trademark without our prior written permission. All third-party trademarks referenced in the Services are the property of their respective owners.

"Copyright Infringement (DMCA)" - Pipelogic respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe that content available through the Services infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated DMCA agent including:
A description of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location within the Services;
Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email);
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf;
Your physical or electronic signature.

Pipelogic has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

Privacy

Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Services, you acknowledge the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Confidentiality

If you access features or participate in programs that involve the receipt of non-public information about Pipelogic's products, roadmap, or business (for example, beta programs or enterprise partnerships), you agree to keep such information confidential and not disclose it to any third party without our prior written permission.

Disclaimers of Warranties

THE SERVICES, Pipelogic MATERIALS, AND ALL AI OUTPUT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Pipelogic AND ITS LICENSORS AND THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Pipelogic DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR HARMFUL COMPONENTS. Pipelogic DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ANY AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, RELIABLE, OR SUITABLE FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES AND RELIANCE ON ANY AI OUTPUT IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL Pipelogic, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, LICENSORS, OR THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR COST OF SUBSTITUTE GOODS OR SERVICES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF Pipelogic HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT WILL Pipelogic'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID TO Pipelogic IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

THE LIMITATIONS IN THIS SECTION APPLY REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY — WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, STATUTE, OR OTHERWISE — AND EVEN IF Pipelogic HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIABILITIES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pipelogic, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

  • Your use of the Services in violation of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy;
  • Your Workspace Data, including any claim that your Workspace Data infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any third party;
  • Your violation of any applicable law or regulation;
  • Your violation of the terms of any Third-Party Provider;
  • Any content or application you build, deploy, or distribute using the Services.

Suspension and Termination

  • By You - You may cancel your account and stop using the Services at any time through your account settings or by emailing support@pipelogic.ai. Upon cancellation of a paid plan, you will retain access through the end of your current billing period.

  • By Pipelogic - We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time and without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity, or if required to do so by applicable law. We may also terminate accounts for convenience by providing reasonable advance notice.

  • Effect of Termination - Upon termination of your account, your right to access the Services ends immediately. Any outstanding payment obligations remain due. backend Data associated with your account may be deleted in accordance with our data retention practices, as described in our Privacy Policy. The following sections of these Terms survive termination: Definitions, License Restrictions, Intellectual Property, Disclaimers of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to them or the Services will be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Munich, Germany, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Class Action Waiver. Any dispute must be brought on an individual basis. You and Pipelogic each waive any right to bring claims as a plaintiff or class member in any class action, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

Export Controls

You represent and warrant that you will not use, export, re-export, or transfer the Services or any part thereof in violation of the U.S. Export Administration Regulations, the Office of Foreign Assets Control sanctions programs, or any other applicable export control or trade sanctions laws. You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo and that you are not on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Changes to the Services

Pipelogic reserves the right to modify, update, discontinue, or add new features to the Services at any time, with or without notice, at our sole discretion. For changes that materially reduce the core functionality of a paid plan, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Services.

General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional terms applicable to specific features or programs you use, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pipelogic regarding the Services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, or communications, whether written or oral.

Assignment

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate any of your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written permission. Pipelogic may assign these Terms or any of its rights or obligations without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce it at a later time.

No Third-Party Beneficiaries

These Terms are for the benefit of you and Pipelogic only and do not create any rights in favor of any third party, except as expressly stated.

Force Majeure

Pipelogic will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, internet or telecommunications failures, or acts of third-party providers.
